Returns

We accept returns for items purchased on kfxpm.shop within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to initiate a return: Please contact our support team at support@kfxpm.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the necessary return instructions and the return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment method) within 7–10 business days.
  • Currency: All refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollars). Please note that exchange rates may apply depending on your bank or financial institution at the time of processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kfxpm.shop.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your toilet footstool arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@kfxpm.shop with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you as quickly as possible.
